Chris Orman

Mr. Orman joined Pavilion in April 2014 to assist with market planning, site selection, contract and lease negotiation, due diligence, design and project management. He now is a Development Manager operating from the Charleston, South Carolina office.

Mr. Orman is a 2009 Bachelor of Science Real Estate graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina. He holds a minor in Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management. Mr. Orman holds an active broker license in both South Carolina and Georgia. He is the active Broker-In-Charge of the South Carolina office.

Mr. Orman is married and has two young boys that keep him very occupied. He is an avid outdoorsman and can be found fishing and hunting when the time permits, and bringing his family along when possible. Chris is a member of the Palmetto Society and attends First Baptist Church.
